3 qian of Perilla, 3 qian of Fructus Aurantii, 2 qian of Apricot Kernels (with skin and tip removed).

For those with pre-existing internal heat, or who have been exposed to wind, presenting with fever, cough, flushed face, labored breathing, and severe constipation.
Instructions for Use
Decoct in water and administer frequently. Continue until the stool becomes loose and the fever subsides. If the stool remains obstructed, decoct green onions in water and use the liquid to wash the lower back and abdomen; then rub the area above and below the navel with hot green onions until the heat penetrates, which will relieve the obstruction. Alternatively, insert the tip of a raw green onion into the anus to achieve immediate relief.
