Drug Formulation

Ginseng 2 liang, Ligusticum wallichii 2 liang, Gypsum (crushed and ground) 2 liang, Saposhnikovia divaricata (with branches removed) 1 liang, Angelica pubescens (with root base removed) 1 liang, Licorice (roasted and coarsely chopped) 1 liang, Ephedra (with roots and nodes removed, boiled in water, scum skimmed off, and dried) 1 liang, Asarum (with stems and leaves removed) half a liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian bi per dose; add 1 zhan of water, 3 slices of fresh ginger, and 5 mint leaves; decoct until reduced to 7 fen; strain and take while warm, at any time.
