3 sheng of apricot kernels.

Processing

Place them in boiling water, remove the skins, tips, and double kernels, pound them while hot, grind them with water in a basin to extract 7–8 sheng of juice, place an iron cauldron over a smoldering fire, take 4 jin of mutton fat, rub it into the cauldron to melt it, add the apricot kernel juice, and warm it; after 4–5 days, the color will resemble gold.

Instructions for Use

Take a dose the size of a marble three times daily.
