5 qian of Cinnamon Bark, 5 qian of Cnidium Monnieri, 5 qian of Sichuan Aconite, 5 qian of Lycopodium Flower, 5 qian of Galangal, 2 qian 5 fen of Cloves, 2 qian 5 fen of Camphor, 2 qian 5 fen of Jatropha Seed (shell removed).

Grind the ingredients into an extremely fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a marble, and coat with yellow orpiment.

Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill at a time, dissolve it in fresh ginger juice, and first wash the lower back area with warm water. Then apply the medicine to the lower back and have someone rub it back and forth with their hands 1,000 times, stopping only when the medicine is fully absorbed. Afterward, apply the “Zao Hua Zheng Xiong” ointment.Immediately secure the area with a belly band. Avoid sexual intercourse for 7 days after the initial application. If intercourse is to occur, apply another 3 qian of the ointment to the navel and take one Zhonghe Pill before proceeding; even if ejaculation occurs, the volume will be minimal.For those seeking to conceive, wait until 1, 3, or 5 days after the woman’s menstrual period to remove all plasters from the lower back and kidneys. In the morning, take 1 qian of ground Plantain Seed powder mixed with warm water; by evening, engage in intercourse to ensure full ejaculation and successful conception.
