Drug Formulation
12 jujubes (split open), 3 liang of cassia twigs, 3 liang of peony root, 3 liang of fresh ginger, 3 liang of licorice (roasted), and 2 liang of scutellaria root.

Benefits
For stroke and cold-induced fever, with a floating pulse, intermittent fever, sweating, aversion to wind, stiffness in the neck, nasal congestion, and dry retching.
Instructions for Use
Boil 6 sheng of spring water until reduced to 4 sheng; divide into 4 doses and take 3 times daily.
Note
If the pulse is floating and taut, accompanied by fever, this formula should not be administered. Avoid seaweed, Chinese cabbage, raw scallions, and similar foods.
