1.5 qian of Fangfeng, 1 qian of Chongwei seeds, 1 qian of Ginseng, 1 qian of Poria, 2 qian of Black Ginseng, 1 qian of Jiejing, 2 qian of Plantain seeds, and 2 qian of Cypress seed kernels.
