Drug Formulation
1 qian of calcined natron, 1 qian of calcined white alum, 1 qian of realgar, 5 fen of bile alum, 5 fen of realgar, 5 fen of cinnabar, 2.5 fen of frankincense, 2.5 fen of myrrh, 0.5 fen of musk, and 0.5 fen of camphor.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with a thick paste to form pills the size of a bean, slightly flattened; these can then be used as medicinal threads.

Instructions for Use
Adjust the dosage according to the size, depth, and length of the ulcer. First, use the Toxin-Extracting Ointment to break the surface of the ulcer; then place a medicinal pellet at the ulcer opening and cover it with an ointment patch, changing the dressing every 3 days. When the necrotic tissue begins to slough off, insert the medicinal thread into the ulcer opening, cover it with an ointment patch, and continue until all necrotic tissue has been completely removed.
