How To Make
Wash the black sesame seeds, dry them in the sun, place them in a pan, and roast over low heat until cooked and fragrant; while still hot, grind into a fine powder. Rinse the millet thoroughly, place it in a clay pot, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until it becomes a thick, viscous drink. Stir in the black sesame powder and mix thoroughly.
