Formula

1 gram of bee pollen, 1 fresh bitter melon, 10 grams of Dendrobium, and 2 grams of green tea.

How To Make

Cut off the top of the bitter melon, remove the seeds, fill it with green tea, and hang the bitter melon in a well-ventilated area. After air-drying, wash the outside thoroughly, pat dry, chop it up along with the tea leaves, mix well with the Dendrobium, and set aside.

Efficacy

Nourishes yin, clears the stomach, and lowers blood sugar. Suitable for all types of diabetes, and particularly effective for diabetes characterized by stomach dryness and fluid depletion.

Usage

Take once daily, 10 grams each time. Brew with boiling water, cover tightly, and let steep for half an hour. Stir in the bee pollen before drinking.
