Usage: Grind the above herbs into fine powder and mix them together. Then add an appropriate amount of wheat flour, stir-fry until yellow and cooked, and store in a magnetic jar. Take 3 spoonsful each time, add walnut kernels, jujubes, pine nuts, white granulated sugar, etc. as appropriate, brew with boiling water, and use as a tea substitute.
