1. Codonopsis Pilosulae and Jujube Tea
Efficacy: Strengthen the Spleen and replenish blood; supports post-wellness debility, anemia, palpitations, Spleen deficiency with shortness of breath, and limb weakness.
Prescription: Codonopsis Radix 15-30 g, Jujubae Fructus 5-10 pieces.

Prescription: Colla Corii Asini (Donkey-hide Gelatin) 6 g, Black Tea 3 g.
