20 g peach kernels, 30 g red dates, 15 g flour, 10 g brown sugar.

How To Make

Wash the peach kernels, sun-dry or oven-dry them, and grind into a fine powder. Wash the red dates, place them in a pot, add water, and simmer until soft. Remove the pits, then combine the peach kernel powder with the red dates in the pot. Add water and flour to form a thick drink, then stir in the brown sugar to serve.

Efficacy

Promotes the flow of qi and blood and unblocks the meridians. Suitable for post-stroke sequelae caused by qi and blood deficiency and stagnation.

Usage

Serve as a snack with meals, taken in the morning and evening; consume within 2 days.
