How To Make
Wash the Prepared Rehmannia and Astragalus, sun-dry or oven-dry them, slice them, place them in a clay pot, soak in clean water for 30 minutes, then simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Strain out the solids and reserve the liquid.Wash the Euryale seed, dry it in the sun or in an oven, grind it into a fine powder, and add it to the pot along with the decoction of Prepared Rehmannia and Astragalus. Heat while stirring until it becomes a drink. Remove from heat, stir in the royal jelly, and mix thoroughly.
