250 grams of shredded eel, 6 grams of Taizi Shen, 30 grams of shredded sweet potato, and seasonings to taste.

How To Make

Grind the Taizi Shen into a very fine powder. Place a wok over heat, add refined oil, and heat until it reaches 60% heat. Add chopped scallions and minced ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the shredded sweet potato and stir-fry over high heat.then pour in cooking wine and add an appropriate amount of chicken broth. Simmer over low heat until the eel strips form a thick, porridge-like consistency. Stir in the Taizi Shen powder, salt, MSG, and five-spice powder. Add water and bring to a boil, then drizzle with sesame oil to finish.

Efficacy

Nourishes the heart and spleen; increases white blood cell count. Suitable for leukopenia caused by deficiency of both the heart and spleen.
