Drug Formulation
1 jin of deer antler gelatin, 20 jin of raw rehmannia root (wash, pound finely, extract the pure juice, and remove the dregs), 2 jin of white sand honey (simmer until it boils 1–2 times, skim off the foam, and stop once clear), 1 jin of pure clarified butter, and 2 liang of fresh ginger (pound and extract the pure juice).

Processing
First, simmer the Rehmannia juice over alternating high and low heat until it boils several times; strain through silk to obtain the clear liquid. Simmer again for 20 boils, then add the deer antler gelatin, followed by the clarified butter and honey, and simmer together. After a long time, when the mixture thickens to the consistency of malt syrup, transfer it to a porcelain container for storage.

Take 1–2 spoons per dose, mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach.
