Emergency Wind Ointment

Formulas Name : Emergency Wind Ointment

Chinese Name : 急风膏

Drug Formulation

Half liang of high-quality cinnabar (finely ground, water-washed, and baked dry), 2–7 Tianjiangzi seeds (roasted and ground into powder), 2–7 dried whole scorpions (ground into powder), 1 qian of talcum powder, and 1 qian of Qingdai (ground separately).

Processing

Mix all the above ingredients thoroughly, add half a qian of brain resin, grind to a fine powder, and mix with soft rice to form a paste the size of a soapberry.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose, dissolved in a decoction of ginseng and Schizonepeta.
