Ginseng 1 liang (root removed), Prepared Rehmannia 1 liang (steamed 9 times), Atractylodes 1 liang (fried with earth), Chinese Yam 5 qian (fried), Fried Licorice 1 qian, Cornus Fruit 5 qian (steamed, pitted), Eucommia 3 qian (fried until black), Goji Berries 2 qian, Cowpea 5 qian (fried, hulled).
