Chinese Name : 真法枳壳散

Drug Formulation

4 liang of Zhi Ke, 1 jin of Hou Po (peeled and coarsely chopped). Take 2 liang of Da Huang, 4 liang of fresh ginger, 50 jujubes, and 2 liang of Wu Tou; chop all finely. Boil the jujubes in water until soft and mushy; use only the Hou Po.

Processing

Grind each of the above herbs into a fine powder. For each dose, take 8 qian of Houpo, 3 qian of Zhike, and 3 qian of Nifen; grind them together into a powder.

Instructions for Use

Take half a qianbi per dose, mixed with boiled rice water, three times daily at any time, for three consecutive days. For severe cases, treatment should not exceed five days; this will expel black, foul matter and stagnant blood, and the illness will be cured.
