Drug Formulation

3 liang of Di Fu Cao, 3 liang of Da Huang, 2 liang of Zhi Mu, 2 liang of Huang Qin, 2 liang of Fu Ling (or Zhu Ling), 2 liang of Shao Yao, 2 liang of Zhi Shi (roasted), 2 liang of Sheng Ma, 2 liang of Tong Cao, 2 liang of Gan Cao (roasted).

Cut the ingredients as directed.

Benefits

For dysuria due to real heat; during pregnancy, dysuria with a burning sensation and discomfort in the umbilical region and abdomen.

Instructions for Use

Boil with 8 sheng of water until reduced to 3 sheng; divide into 3 doses and take. If, after a bowel movement, the dysuria persists, drink the juice of the root of the groundsel.

Note

Avoid seaweed, Chinese cabbage, and vinegar-based foods.
