Drug Formulation

Parietal Bone (soaked in vinegar overnight, then roasted with mutton fat until golden brown) 1 liang,Softshell Turtle Carapace (remove the skirt; prepare as above) 1 liang, Tiger Skull Bone (finely chopped, stir-fried with wine) 1 liang, Artemisia annua seeds (with red stalks) half a liang, Selected Ginseng half a liang, Peach Kernels (remove skin and tip, stir-fried with wheat bran, ground) half a liang, Anemarrhena rhizome (sliced) half a liang, Licorice root (raw, chopped, and dried) half a liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; add 2 jian of asafoetida and grind until well mixed; grind again together with the peach kernels; blend evenly with the other herbs; mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills per dose, washed down with a decoction of black plum, at any time of day. For younger children, make smaller pills and adjust the dosage as appropriate.
