Drug Formulation
3 liang of Qianghuo, 3 liang of White Tribulus, 3 liang of Gaoben, 3 liang of Tiannansheng, 3 liang of Fangfeng, 3 liang of Sichuan Dipsacus, 3 liang of Cangzhu, 3 liang of Acanthopanax Bark, 3 liang of Duhuo, 3 liang of Haifengteng, 3 liang of Bai Zhi, 3 liang of Da Fu Pi,3 liang of Wuyao, 3 liang of Xianlingpi, 3 liang of Fangji, 3 liang of Zaojiacai, 3 liang of Chuanwu, 3 liang of Mingtianma, 3 liang of Jiegeng, 3 liang of Beixixin, 3 liang of Chaihu, 3 liang of Manjingzi, 3 liang of Huangqin, 3 liang of Chuanbixie, 3 liang of Bohe, 3 liang of Gansong, 3 liang of Baishao,Rhubarb 3 liang, Safflower 7 liang, Scrophularia 7 liang, Wild Aconite 4 liang, Sophora Root 2 jin (soak the above ingredients in one large barrel each of yin and yang water; steep for 5 days in spring, 3 days in summer, 7 days in fall, and 9 days in winter; boil 100 times, strain out the residue, add 1 jin of refined honey, and simmer until it becomes a lacquer-like paste), Atractylodes 2 liang, Sesame 2 liang, Ginseng (soaked in wine, steamed, and sun-dried) 2 liang,Amomum 2 liang, Calcined Nitrate 2 liang, Safflower Seeds (oil removed) 2 liang, Agarwood 1 liang, Poria 1 liang, Wood Fragrance 1 liang, Sandalwood 1 liang, Aquilaria 1 liang, Benzoin 1 liang, Frankincense (oil removed) 1 liang, Myrrh (oil removed) 1 liang,Chuanxiong 1 liang, Achyranthes root 1 liang, Safflower 1 liang, Fragrant Snake (soaked in wine, baked dry) 1 liang, Dragon’s Blood 1 liang, White Silkworm Pupae 1 liang, Pine Resin (boiled to remove bitterness) 1 liang, Mica 1 liang, Borneol 1 liang, Goose Tube Stone 1 liang, Magnetite 1 liang,Cistanche 1 liang, raw silkworm moth 1 liang, mulberry cuttlefish bone 1 liang, toad venom 5 qian, musk 5 qian, human teeth (roasted until yellow) 5 pieces, white flower snake 1 (soaked in wine, skinned, sun-dried).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with the ointment described earlier to form pills the size of a marble. Coat with cinnabar and wrap in gold leaf.

Instructions for Use
For long-standing conditions, take 10 pills per dose; for conditions lasting 4–5 years, take 4–5 pills per dose; for conditions lasting 1–2 years, take 1–2 pills per dose. These must be taken with Magu wine. Recovery occurs as sweating sets in.
