1 he of black beans, 1 he of wheat, 1 he of Polygonum aviculare pollen, and half a liang of Evodia fruit (soaked in boiling water seven times, dried in an oven, and lightly roasted).

Instructions for Use
Boil 2 large bowls of water until reduced to 1 bowl and 2 fen; strain, and divide into 4 warm doses to be taken at any time.
