20 bamboo leaves, 2 qian of Ophiopogon tuber, 2 qian of Anemarrhena rhizome, 1 qian of licorice root, and 1 qian of Gardenia seed.

Add 1.5 zhong of water and a pinch of japonica rice; decoct until reduced to 7 fen; take while warm.
