Drug Formulation
He Shou Wu 1 jin (chopped with a copper knife; soak 3 sheng of black beans in water, place them in a steamer, layer them with the He Shou Wu, and steam until one incense stick has burned out; remove and sun-dry; repeat this process three times before use); Prepared Rehmannia 2 liang, Achyranthes Root 2 liang, Cuscuta Seed 2 liang, Angelica Root 2 liang, Smilax Rhizome 2 liang, Cistanche 2 liang,Suoyang 1 liang, Rubus fruit 1 liang, Mulberry fruit 1 liang, Cypress seed 1 liang, Ziziphus seed 1 liang, Mieshi 1 liang, Sichuan pepper 1 liang, Fennel seed 1 liang, Poria 1 liang, Morinda root 5 qian, Baiyao Decoction 5 qian, Sophora pod 5 qian, Rock salt 3 qian, Licorice 3 qian.

Instructions for Use
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder in a stone mortar, taking care not to use any iron utensils. Mix 1 bowl of honey with 1 bowl of colostrum from a first-time mother’s breast milk until well blended. Pour the mixture into a copper pot and simmer in a double boiler for the duration of three sticks of incense. Remove, let cool completely, then mix with the powdered herbs and pound 1,000 times without stopping for even one hour. By the 20th day, hair and eyebrows will turn black from the roots.
Note
Avoid pork, mutton, radishes, and tofu.
