Formulas Name : Black Fungus Porridge
Chinese Name : 木耳粥
Drug Formulation
5–10 g of white wood ear mushrooms (or 30 g of black wood ear mushrooms), 2 liang of japonica rice, and 3–5 jujubes.

Processing
First, soak the white or black wood ear mushrooms for half a day. Cook the glutinous rice and red dates into porridge; once it comes to a boil, add the wood ear mushrooms and an appropriate amount of rock sugar, then continue cooking until the porridge is done.

For middle-aged and elderly individuals with physical weakness, consumptive cough with blood-streaked sputum, pulmonary tuberculosis with yin deficiency and internal heat, as well as chronic rectal bleeding and bleeding from hemorrhoids.
