Source

From *Collected Medical Formulas* (Vol. 75), citing *Secret Formulas Based on Clinical Experience*.

Processing

First, place the pitted black plum flesh in a container and soak it in vinegar. Next, remove the kernels, peel them, grind them into a paste, and bake them dry to form a fine powder. Mix this powder with the plum flesh and soak the mixture overnight until thoroughly infused. Then combine with the cold-food flour to form pills the size of olives. When the pills are half-dry, pierce a hole through the center of each one, thread them onto a string, and hang them in a well-ventilated area, taking care to prevent a white film from forming on the surface.

For a fishbone stuck in the throat.
