Processing

First, grind the first 17 ingredients into a powder; then add the musk and bear bile and mix thoroughly. Form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using buckwheat flour, and coat them with cinnabar.

Instructions for Use

For newly onset epilepsy, take 30 pills; for cases that have persisted for years—whether with one episode per day or one every two days—continue taking them for up to 100 days. If, after taking the pills, a seizure occurs no later than five days later, and no further episodes occur for several tens of days, this is a sign of recovery. For children aged 5 and older, take 3 pills; for those aged 10 and older, take 7 pills; for those aged 15 and older, take 15 pills.
