Drug Formulation

1 cucumber luffa, 3 qian of perilla seeds, 3 qian of radish seeds, 3 qian of mustard seeds, and 2 qian of human nasal yellow.

Processing

Cut off the top of the Trichosanthes fruit, scoop out the seeds, take 3 qian of the seeds, mix them thoroughly with the other ingredients, and place the mixture back into the fruit. Replace the top, seal it with mulberry bark paper, and coat it thickly with yellow clay to form a ball. Calcine over alternating high and low heat until the smoke has nearly dissipated. Remove, allow to cool, wash off the clay, and grind the mixture into a fine powder.
