Processing

Crush the ingredients together, place them inside an empty walnut shell (with the kernel removed), tie it tightly with string, seal it with yellow clay, and roast it over low heat until the clay shell makes a sound; alternatively, it can be baked in a clay pot. Remove and grind into a fine powder.

Take 1 packet (2 g) daily before bedtime. For frail children, divide the dose into two oral administrations.
