Drug Formulation

2 liang Sichuan Aconite (1 liang raw, with skin and tip intact; 1 liang processed, with skin and tip removed), 2 liang Wild Aconite (processed as above), 3 liang and 3 fen Mu Bie Zi (ground separately), 100 Mylabris beetles (heads, legs, and wings removed; boiled in vinegar until fragrant and cooked through, then dried in an oven), 1 liang Black Snake (soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, then dried in an oven),White Flower Snake (soaked in wine, with skin and bones removed, then baked) 1 liang, high-quality ink (calcined) 1 liang, white frankincense 1 liang (ground separately), Angelica sinensis 1.5 liang, Wulingzhi 3 liang 3 fen.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix the powdered Mu Bie Zi with vinegar to form a paste, then combine with 1 jin of ground black beans and high-quality vinegar. Form 1 liang of the mixture into 10 pills and coat them with the charcoal powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose on an empty stomach or before meals, chewing it down with warm wine or salted broth.
