Drug Formulation
2.5 qian of realgar, 2.5 qian of frankincense, 8.5 qian of apricot kernels (with skin and tips removed), 8.5 qian of croton seeds (with skin and inner membrane removed, oil extracted), 1 liang of beeswax, 1 liang of cinnabar, 0.5 liang of wood turtle shell, 1 qian of white gum resin, 2.5 liang of yellow丹, and 3.5 qian of arsenic trioxide (boiled in vinegar, then calcined).

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; melt the beeswax and roll into pills the size of a hemp seed.

For all cases of diarrhea and dysentery in adults and children, regardless of whether the condition is characterized by cold or heat, red or white stools, or whether it is persistent and unresolved, has resolved only to recur, or is accompanied by abdominal pain.
Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill per dose; children take half a pill. For watery diarrhea, take with freshly drawn water; for bloody dysentery, take with licorice decoction; for white dysentery, take with dried ginger decoction; for mixed bloody and white dysentery, take with licorice and dried ginger decoction. Allow the medicine to cool before taking it at bedtime.
Note
Pregnant women should not take this. Avoid hot foods for one or two hours after taking the medicine.
