Drug Formulation

Chuanxiong (washed) half liang, dried Pueraria root half liang, Cinnamomum twig (peeled, not roasted) half liang, Asarum (leaves removed) half liang, Fructus Aurantii (pith removed, stir-fried with bran until golden) half liang, Ginseng (root base removed) half liang, Paeoniae radix half liang, Ephedra (knots removed) half liang, Saposhnikovia (stems removed) half liang, Glycyrrhiza 1 fen(roasted).

Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 5 qian per dose; add 2 zhan of water and 3 slices of fresh ginger; decoct together until reduced to 7 fen; strain and take while warm, three times daily. Avoid drafts if sweating.
