Processing
All ingredients must not come into contact with iron utensils. Pound them into a lump in a stone mortar. Soak in wine for three days in spring and autumn, two days in summer, and five days in winter. Remove, steam until cooked in a wooden steamer, sun-dry, and grind into a powder. Form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using wine paste.

Take 20 pills per dose, gradually increasing to 50 pills, and swallow them on an empty stomach with warm wine.
