Drug Formulation
Cistanche (soaked in wine, outer skin removed, sliced, and roasted) 2 liang; Du Huo (root tip removed) 1.5 liang; Aconite (roasted until cracked, skin and pith removed) 1.5 liang; Sichuan pepper (seeds and closed pods removed, stir-fried until sweating) 1.5 liang; Alisma 2 liang; Astragalus (finely chopped) 2 liang;Schisandra (1 liang), Tribulus (stir-fried to remove spines) (1 liang), Fangfeng (with forks removed) (1 liang), Apricot Kernels (soaked in hot water, with skin, tip, and double kernels removed, stir-fried until golden) (1 liang),Saussurea (1 liang), Dried Ginger (roasted) (1 liang), Oyster Shell (simmered) (1 liang), Red Ocher (1 liang), Scutellaria (black core removed) (1 liang), Licorice (roasted, chopped) (1 liang), Cinnamon (coarse bark removed) (1 liang), Peach Kernels (soaked in hot water, skinned, tips and double kernels removed, stir-fried until golden) (1 liang), Asarum (stems and leaves removed) (1 liang), Dipsacus (1 liang).
