Drug Formulation
Cistanche (select high-quality Cistanche, soak in wine, slice thinly, bake until dry, then weigh) 1 jin,Achyranthes root 4 liang (remove the shoots; soak in half a jin of wine overnight; stir-fry until dry; pound both ingredients into a fine powder; use 2 sheng of ash-free wine; place in a silver, stone, or porcelain vessel and simmer over a double boiler until it becomes a paste), Morinda root 4 liang (remove the core), Aconite root 4 liang (roasted until cracked; remove the skin and navel), Fennel seeds (lightly roasted) 4 liang,Fenugreek 2 liang, Cinnamon 2 liang (coarse bark removed), Frankincense 2 liang, Cardamom 2 liang (shell removed), Green Tangerine Peel 2 liang (soaked in wine until white, then baked), White Aconite Root 2 liang (roasted), Yam 2 liang, Dried Scorpion (whole with yellow head and tail, lightly roasted) 2 liang.

Processing
Grind all the above herbs, except for the paste, into a fine powder. Once the paste has been prepared and has reached the desired consistency—slightly thick—immediately mix in the herbal powder and knead into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 20 pills each time on an empty stomach, washed down with warm wine or salted water as desired. If the mixture is too soft to form pills, simply spread it out on a plate; once it can be shaped, form the pills and store them in a new porcelain container. Effects will be noticeable after one month of treatment, and all symptoms will subside after one hundred days.
