Drug Formulation

Half liang of Jing Sanling (roasted), half liang of Guang Meng (baked), half liang of areca nut, half liang of softshell turtle shell (vinegar-roasted), half liang of alum (burned until red), half liang of green tangerine peel, half liang of dried lacquer (stir-fried until all smoke dissipates), half liang of Leiwan, 2 qian of Cinnamomum cassia bark, 2 qian of realgar, and 2 qian of myrrh.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with vinegar paste to form pills the size of mung beans.

Take 5–7 pills each time, washed down with plain hot water before meals, four times a day.
