Drug Formulation

2 liang of aged, intensely fragrant citron peel, 3 liang of genuine Sichuan fritillary bulb (core removed), 1 liang 5 qian of black-roasted angelica root, 1 liang of white akebia stem (either oven-dried or sun-dried), 3 qian of sweet platycodon root, and 1 liang of aged watermelon rind (prepared the previous year and sun-dried).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, decoct into a concentrated liquid, and mix with white sandalwood-scented water to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
