Cnidium monnieri (roasted) 1 fen, Cistanche deserticola (soaked in wine, wrinkled skin removed, sliced, and roasted) 1 fen, Asarum (stems and leaves removed) 1 fen, Pyrrosia (hairs removed) 1 fen, Cornus officinalis 1 fen, Alum (calcined and ground) 1 fen, Saposhnikovia (branches removed) 1 fen, Polygala (core removed) 1 fen,Red Ocher 1 fen, Poria (black skin removed) 1 fen, Alisma 1 fen, Biota Seed (roasted, ground separately into powder) 1 fen, Acorus 1 fen, Trichosanthes Root 1 fen, Aconite (roasted until cracked, skin and navel removed) 1 fen, Achyranthes (stems removed, soaked in wine, chopped, and dried) 1 fen, Dipsacus 1 fen,Yam 1 fen, Eucommia (coarse bark removed, fried with butter, finely chopped) 1 fen.

Instructions for Use
