20 croton seeds (roasted, with inner skin and seed coat removed), 100 apricot kernels (peeled, tips and inner kernels removed, roasted), 5 he of pharbitis seeds (roasted), 6 he of shepherd’s purse seeds (roasted), 60 jujubes (split open, pits removed).

Processing
Pound the above ingredients together until they form a paste suitable for making pills; if the mixture is too hard, add honey to form the pills.

Instructions for Use
Take 3–4 pills per dose, washed down with a decoction of white mulberry bark, twice daily. Reduce the dose if diarrhea occurs; increase it if constipation persists. Always adjust the dosage based on the consistency of the stool. For severe cases, periodically taking duck pond mud is also beneficial.
Note
Avoid asparagus and wild boar meat.
