Roasted Turtle Plastron 8 qian (coarsely ground, decocted first), Oyster Shell Powder 5 qian (decocted in a separate pouch), Clear Donkey-Hide Gelatin 5 qian (stewed in aged wine and added to the decoction), Raw Rehmannia Root 5 qian, Lycium Bark 5 qian, Charred Gardenia Fruit 3 qian, Raw Scutellaria Root 3 qian, Sliced Phellodendron Bark 5 qian, Charred Areca Nut 3 qian, Raw Lotus Root Nodes 5 qian, Raw Licorice Root 8 fen.

Instructions for Use
