Ginseng 1 qian 5 fen, Atractylodes macrocephala 5 qian, fresh Polygonum multiflorum 8 qian (crushed), Cornus officinalis fruit 5 qian, Poria cocos 3 qian, Bupleurum 1 qian, well-processed Rehmannia glutinosa 8 qian, fried softshell turtle shell 5 qian, white mustard seed 3 qian (ground), Cinnamon bark 1 qian (peeled, sliced, and taken separately).
