2 liang of prepared rehmannia root, 1 liang of Chinese cornelian cherry, 1 liang of ophiopogon tuber, 5 qian of plantain seed, 2 qian of schisandra berry, 5 qian of poria, 3 qian of achyranthes root, and 3 qian of Liu Jinu.
