Processing
For meconium from the first birth, collect it in a porcelain bottle, seal the opening with clay, and bury it in soil for 21 days. Grind the mixture thoroughly and store it in a small porcelain bottle. Keep it in a warm place at all times to prevent spoilage.

Instructions for Use
When administering, apply to the outer corner of the left eye for boys and the right eye for girls. After the first application, tears will flow from the eyes and nasal discharge will appear; after the second, a rattling sound will be heard in the chest; after the third, yellowish-black fluid will be passed in the urine. If the patient shows signs of recovery and return to the original state, have them drink the broth from a pot of burnt rice; the treatment will be effective in 5–6 days.
