Processing
Grind the above into a fine powder; place it in a sandpot with aged vinegar from the previous year and simmer over low heat until it turns a sauce-like color and forms a paste.

Left-sided paralysis and right-sided weakness; pain in the tendons and bones; stiffness and contractures of the hands and feet; due to the accumulation of damp phlegm.
Instructions for Use
First, decoct Shengma, Pi Xiao, and fresh ginger in water to wash the affected area, then apply the ointment. If the condition has persisted for one year, itching will occur one day after application; if it has persisted for two years, itching will occur two days after application. When itching occurs, have the patient pat the itchy area with their hand until the itching subsides.
