Drug Formulation
1 liang of Dog’s Treasure (used raw), 2 qian of Toad Venom, 1 qian of Frankincense (ground separately), 1 qian of Myrrh (ground separately), 1 qian of Realgar, 1 qian of Arsenic Sulfate, 1 qian of Mercury Oxide, 1 qian of Musk, 1 qian of Lead White, 1 qian of Borax (ground separately),7 golden-headed centipedes (head, tail, and legs roasted until yellow, ground into a paste), 2 qian of black cinnabar, 7 carp gallbladders (use dried ones; remove the membrane; those from the 12th lunar month are best), 1 dog gallbladder (use dried; remove the membrane; from a black dog; those from the 12th lunar month are best), 1 he of first-birth infant’s milk, and 3 qian of beeswax.

Processing
First, place the milk from a first-born infant and the beeswax in a cauldron; melt them over low and high heat. Mix the powdered ingredients listed above into a paste and place it in a porcelain container.

Instructions for Use
To use, roll into pills the size of sesame seeds—take 2 pills; for severe cases, take 3 pills. Use 7 white cloves (straight ones are best), dissolve them in freshly drawn well water, and swallow the Dog’s Treasure Pills with this mixture. For ailments below the waist, take before meals; for ailments above the waist, take after meals. If the patient has walked 3 li, feed them hot congee with white scallion whites, then cover them securely with clothes and blankets until they break a sweat.Thereafter, the patient should consume only plain rice porridge with pickled melon and radish, take Shiqi Powder regularly, and apply Wulong Ointment to the four sides of the head.
