Drug Formulation
6 qian of realgar, 6 qian of cinnabar, 6 qian of powdered zinc sulfate, 6 qian of talcum powder, half a liang of white alum (sifted), and half a liang of yellow lead oxide (used raw).

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with steamed buns soaked in hot water to form pills the size of a longan seed.

For stagnation due to deficiency that refuses to pass, causing progressive emaciation.
Instructions for Use
Adults should take 1–2 pills per dose, swallowed with a drink of aged rice water before bedtime without chewing; children should take half a pill. This medicine dissolves stagnation when present but has no effect when none exists.
