Drug Formulation

3 liang of Duhuo, 3 liang of Chuanxiong, 1 liang of Tianxiong (roasted), 1 liang of Fangfeng, 2 he of Sichuan pepper, 10 leaves of Cangcao, 1 liang of Xixin, 1 liang of Cinnamon Bark, 3 liang of Prunus mume root bark, and 2 sheng of pork fat.

Processing

Coarsely chop the ingredients. Wrap them in cotton, soak in 1 sheng of vinegar overnight, then simmer in pork fat over low heat. Strain out the residue; the ointment will solidify upon cooling.

Instructions for Use

Wrap a small amount in cotton, place it under the tongue, and press it down; change it three times daily.
