Chinese Name : 百部膏
Drug Formulation
1 liang of Stemona, 1 liang of White Fresh Bark, 1 liang of Castor Seeds (shelled), 1 liang of Cnidium, 1 liang of Phellodendron, 1 liang of Angelica, 1 liang of Raw Rehmannia, 2 liang of Beeswax, 5 qian of refined realgar powder, and 8 liang of sesame oil.

Processing
First, combine the seven ingredients—including Stemona—with the oil and simmer until charred; strain out the residue. Simmer the oil again until a drop of it forms a bead when dropped into water. Then add beeswax until the mixture does not disperse when tested in water. Remove the pot from the heat, stir in the realgar powder, and once it has cooled slightly, transfer it to a porcelain bowl for storage. Allow it to cool completely before use.
