Instructions for Use

40 large black plums; decoct until it comes to a boil once, remove the pits, combine with the previous herbs, and decoct into a paste; take with hot water. Use a guide herb according to the syndrome: if there is phlegm, use tangerine peel as the guide; if there is heat, use ophiopogon as the guide; if there is cold, use fresh ginger as the guide.
