Chinese Name : 莨菪子散
Drug Formulation
Half a liang of fresh Strychnos seeds, half a liang of Frankincense, and half a liang of Realgar (free of impurities, ground).

From *Shengji Zonglu*, Volume 65.
Processing
First, pound the first two ingredients into a fine powder; then grind them together with the realgar until well blended. Take a sheet of blue paper, coat it with mutton fat, then apply the powdered mixture over the fat, and roll it up.

For a thirty-year-old with a persistent cough.
Instructions for Use
In the morning on an empty stomach, heat the mixture until smoke rises, and inhale ten mouthfuls; repeat three times daily.
